Day Trips and Next Day Returns
Wherever you plan to go, our 16 seater Mercedes Sprinter minicoach is perfect for day trips, overnight stays and weekends away. Its spacious boot, complete with clothes rail, means there's ample room for your bags, which our driver will load safely away for you.
Once you've settled in your seat, the choice is yours. The minicoach has panoramic tinted windows, ideal for watching the world roll by as you relax. If you prefer, why not bring along a favourite DVD or two? We have full facilities on board.
Our trips can be tailored to your ideas, building lunch and coffee stops into your itinerary – simply contact us to discuss your requirements. For smaller parties, we have a comfortable VW people carrier that seats up to eight passengers, and – the ultimate in style – we also offer an eight seater luxury limousine.
Over the many years since PCL was established, we've taken parties the length and breadth of the UK, for a whole variety of activities – from race days at Aintree and golf breaks at Slaley, to team building in Dalby Forest and school trips to Stratford – and people return to us again and again, knowing we provide an excellent, professional service.
Our minicoach is a big favourite for celebrations of all kinds, be it a birthday, anniversary or hen/stag trip. We've taken our customers to celebrations all over the UK, from nights out in Newcastle, Manchester and Nottingham, to spa weekends in Edinburgh, shopping trips to Birmingham and theatre weekends in London.
York and Harrogate are always popular, both as day trips and as next day returns. For those wanting to try somewhere further afield, why not try Chester? Several of our clients have included a few hours in this historic city when enjoying a long weekend in North Wales.
When it comes to a full day at the seaside, many find Blackpool hard to beat. We regularly take visitors there and also cover other coastal resorts, from traditional seaside towns for fish 'n' chips and amusements, to quiet coves for a picnic and a paddle.
Our minicoach is also perfect for all sporting occasions, Race-goers regularly book with us, stopping off for coffee on the way there and dinner on the way home (and our limousine is a real winner for Ladies Day!) Golfers particularly welcome the spacious boot in the minicoach, which can safely store their clubs. We also have a small party of football supporters who book with us each Spring to enjoy an away game in Scotland. They know we'll take them there in real comfort, get them safely to their hotel … and stop off on the way home for a meal at their favourite North Yorkshire pub!
